Hot Spiced Chai Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups water
4 cloves
2 pinches ground nutmeg
2 pinches ground cinnamon
2 pinches ground cardamom
½ inch piece of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon black tea (or dandelion root or lemon grass)
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons sweetener of your choice
Directions:
Boil the water with the spices for 2 minutes. Add the tea and simmer for two minutes. Add the milk and heat until hot but not boiling. Add sweetener and enjoy.
