How to Enjoy Chai Spiced Ghee

As a flavorful alternative to butter and oil and a natural source of high-quality fat, there’s no end to the ways that Chai Spiced Ghee can be used to add a healthy flair to both sweet and savory meals and drinks.

The easiest way to use this spiced ghee is to enjoy it as a topping or spread in place of butter or oil. Spread a layer on top of toast or pastries, dollop it on hot cereals, drizzle it over popcorn, and mix it into warm drinks. You can even mix it into sauces, dressings, and smoothies.

With a high smoke point, ghee also makes a versatile cooking oil. Chai Spiced Ghee lends itself especially well to baked goods, cookies, oatmeal, and curries. Anywhere you would typically use a fat or oil, feel free to substitute this tasty spiced ghee instead.

Need some inspiration? These simple recipes make it easy to bring the nourishing goodness of ghee into your day.
