Pilin is a Kripalu-trained yoga instructor and Howard alumna. She has been practicing an Ayurvedic lifestyle since 2010.

Pilin's Point of View

How were you introduced to Ayurveda?

My introduction was with Dr. John Douliard while studying at IIN in 2009 and then at Kripalu in 2013.

When are you most likely to go out of balance and how do you bring yourself back in balance using Ayurveda?

Winter can aggravate my physical vata constitution. Abhyanga massage is my go-to to moisturize, nourish, and ground my energy.
