Dr. Manas Kshirsagar is a NAMA Board Certified Ayurvedic Doctor. He comes from a Rig Vedic Bramhin tradition with an extensive Ayurvedic background. He graduated from Aloha Ayurveda Academy and completed his MS in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi University of Management.
He is an acclaimed wellness consultant, who has worked as an Ayurvedic Consultant at MAPI and the prestigious Raj Panchakarma center in Fairfield, IA. Manas has extensive training in many different healing modalities including certifications in Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki.

When are you most likely to go out of balance and how do you bring yourself back in balance using Ayurveda?
When I travel, I have to be super careful about sleep and exercise. Usually, I am very diligent about these two things, but travel tends to throw it off and I become very irritable and tired!
What does the future of Ayurveda look like to you?
If we teach this generation to heal, we will cure the next generation!
What's one Ayurvedic practice anyone can implement to spur change in their life, right here, right now?
Abhyanga (self-massage with oil) is a simple practice that acts on multiple levels. It's great for your skin and supportive as a self-love/care practice. It also helps with immunity and it increases circulation!
