How To Use

Take 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

When do these start working?

Amazingly helpful

I lost over 20 pounds during the pandemic due distress and I spent three years trying to put the weight back on because I was underweight. There were also many foods that I couldn’t eat because they bother me. I am more aligned to the pitta dosha and currently have elevated vata. I ordered the three supports (this product, along with Triphala, and Healthy Vata), and, for me, Triphala and Healthy Vata, are just what I need. I felt the Digest Vata wasn't fully supporting my digestive system. Perhaps it is due to the care I am also taking with my food choices, that it may be unneeded. I am unsure, but for now I am more satisfied with the other two vata balancing products I purchased.
