Cumin, Coriander, Fennel Tea for Vata and Pitta Imbalances
- 1 quart of purified water
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon of coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seed
Place all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for fifteen minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pot cool. Strain out seeds and store the tea in a thermos or in the refrigerator.
